D. The Prizes

Company will offer prizes to participants who are the best performers in reliance upon the results stored at the Websites, and at its sole discretion. Participants are aware that the prizes may be subject to withholding tax and/or other deductible payments in accordance with the applicable laws. In order to receive the prizes you must provide Company with all the information required. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and you hereby waive any claim you may have towards Company and/or anyone on its behalf regarding the prizes and/or any matter in connection therewith.

 

E. Liability

You are responsible for maintaining means external to the Websites for the reconstruction of any lost data. The participant hereby waives any claim it may have towards Company and/or anyone on its behalf in connection with the above.

5.       In no event shall the aggregate liability of Company relating to the Websites and/or the use thereof and/or the prizes connected therewith, including, without limitation, to any liability for any loss or damage directly or indirectly suffered by participant and/or anyone on its behalf, exceed the aggregate cost of the prizes granted in the relevant month to any such participant claiming any such liability.

Links from our Websites to external websites does not mean we endorse these websites. The Company is not responsible for the content of external websites.

Company may display advertisements and sponsors in the Websites. Company does not endorse or recommend the services of any advertiser. The advertiser you select, if and to the extent such is selected by you, is solely responsible for its services to you, their customer.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us and we are committed to maintaining the privacy of registered members. J. Choice of Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Cyprus. The competent courts of Limassol, Cyprus shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction in any matter arising from these Terms and Conditions or in connection therewith.
