1. What's the idea behind BetUknow?

3. Let’s cut to the chase – how mush it costs? ?
   In three words – Nothing at all. The currency we use is knowledge and as far as we know – this comes free to us all (excluding football players, obviously).
4. Why do you need to know which team I support?
   Let’s be honest – we tend to give our favourite team the benefit of the doubt when it comes to a hard-to-predict match. 5. I am so smart! I supplied you with a false Email address and nothing bad happened!
   Well, good for you. Nothing bad happens, beside you not being able to verify your Email address and become a member of BetUknow. This is not serious, but we fail to see the reason for doing so…
6. OK. I am in. Now I want to place my fantasy bet. How do I do that?
   We do have a guide on our site, but to make a long story short – enter the “Bet” section. This is where you’ll see a list of current open matches. Now, all that is left is to place your fantasy bets. Just make sure you use your balance wisely, as it is limited.
7. I spent too much too fast and now I am out of virtual money. Can I still place bets?
   As surprising as it may sound – you sure can. If you’re out of virtual money, you can still bet V£1 on any open match you haven’t placed your bet on yet.
8. Can I place a real bet through the site?
   BetUknow is not an online bookie. Still, the odds we publish are updated live and as a service to our members we allow you to get directly to the bookies’ site by clicking on their logos. This means that with one click you will be able to place your bet.
9. How and when is my virtual wallet being reset?
   Generally, the budget is being reset twice a week – once before the weekend, for the weekend matches in the Premiership and Championship, and once on Monday at around noon, for the Champions League matches taking place on Tuesday and Wednesday. Unfortunately, the matches are set by the FA or FIFA/UEFA and we find it hard to force them changing the fixtures list according to our needs… This means you have to keep your eyes open and visit BetUknow regularly to make sure you don’t miss on any open matches.
10. After placing the fantasy bet, I saw all sort of numbers and percentages. What is the meaning of this?

13. What is that “BUK Community” you are talking about?
    The Community section holds 3 very important aspects of BetUknow. One is our leaderboards, where you can check your standings in comparison to the rest of BetUknow members. The other is the Competition section, where you can learn and take part in our open competitions (with real prizes), and the last is our FanLeagues section.
14. What are “FanLeagues”? Merriam-Webster knows nothing about it.
    The FanLeagues is the place where you can create or join a private mini-league. By entering the FanLeague section you can create a mini-league which will be open only for the people you’d like. This makes it the best platform for private competitions with your buddies, co-workers and/or secret lovers.
15. How can I keep track of my past performances?
    In real life, we forget about our bets 2 seconds after the final whistle of the match was blown. On one hand, this allows us to keep on believing we actually know our football despite the many losses, but on the other – this causes us to lose a lot of useful information about or betting habits. By visiting “My Betting Book” section, you can check your betting history. To make it even more useful, we show the information in three methods: General info, sorted by team (your records in Aston Villa matches, for example) or by type (for instance: your success rate when betting on the away team). This information is invaluable.
16. What is the Footy Zone?
    The Footy Zone holds information regarding the football itself. This is where you can find updated tables of all the leagues we cover. If you wish to dig a bit dipper – you can find a team page for each team, including not only general info of that team, but also highly important statistical information which might come in handy when deciding whether to place your money on them to win.
17. Where do you bring the odds from?
    The odds published on BetUknow are real odds we gather from the leading bookmakers across the internet. After gathering the information, we check for the best odds for a certain result, and these are the odds we publish. Since these odds are constantly and automatically updated, you can be sure the odds you see – are the same ones you can get in the bookmaker site itself. 18. Which leagues are available on the site? Will you add more leagues?
    Currently, the available leagues are the FA Premier League (English top division) and the Coca Cola Championship (English 2nd division). In addition, we also include the Champions League, UEFA Cup, FA Cup and Carling Cup, in addition to the various stages of either the World Cup or European Championships. We have any intension of adding more leagues, with the Spanish Primera Liga and the German Bundesliga topping the list.
